Orlanly Terms of Use

1. The service

Orlanly is a desktop app that shows public job posts from open Telegram channels and Reddit and helps you reply to them. It never sends messages on its own: every reply is sent by your action.

2. Access and payment

• A new account gets a free 24-hour trial.
• Pro access: 299 ₽ for 30 days, 749 ₽ for 90 days, 2,490 ₽ for 365 days. Prices are shown in the app; there are no hidden fees.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically: when the period ends, access is limited until you pay for a new one.
• Payment method: the service is currently free; paid plans will appear later and these terms will be updated. When paid plans appear, a receipt will be issued as required by law.

3. Your obligations

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for the content and sending of your messages. Spam and unsolicited advertising are forbidden, as is breaking the rules of Telegram, Reddit or the law (including advertising and personal data law).
• Contacts from public posts may only be used to reply to that specific post.
• Do not share your account or try to bypass the app's limits.
• Respect the daily sending limits: sending too often can get your Telegram or Reddit account restricted.

4. What we do not guarantee

• The app does not guarantee orders, client replies or income. «Reply chance» is an estimate based on the post text, not a promise.
• Telegram and Reddit are third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their bans, limits or rule changes.
• Replies are drafted by AI or a template: check them before sending.
• The service is provided «as is». We may update it and change features.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current paid period.

6. Suspension and closing the account

We may limit access if these terms are broken. You can delete your account at any time in your profile.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the «Privacy Policy». By signing up you accept it and these terms.

9. Disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation within 30 days. New versions of the terms are published in the app. If this English text and the Russian version differ, the Russian version prevails.
