Refund Policy

• The free 24-hour trial lets you test the service before paying, so we recommend trying it first.
• Within 7 days of payment you can request a refund if the service does not work as described and we could not fix it.
• If you stop using the service, we refund the unused part of the paid period, minus costs actually incurred.
• How to request: write to the contact above with your account email and payment date. We reply within 3 business days and refund the same way within 10 business days.
• No refund is made if access was limited because the terms of use were broken.
